At what age does it make sense to contact you?
Most enquiries concern players aged 15–19. We can discuss a situation earlier or later, but any decision to work together depends on the player’s level, goals, market, and family circumstances.
How does the work begin?
With an introductory conversation and initial assessment. We clarify goals, review game footage, use video analysis and coach feedback, then discuss realistic directions.
Do you guarantee a club or ice time?
No. Clubs make recruitment decisions, and coaching staff determine ice time. We are responsible for assessment quality, selecting directions, communication, organisational work, and finding alternatives if the situation changes.
How much does support cost?
The indicative fee for the annual programme is €5,000. The exact scope, payment schedule, additional costs, and contract terms must be agreed before work begins.
What happens if the situation at the club changes?
We stay in contact, examine the reasons, and consider the next options. A club change may be one solution, but it depends on the market and the player’s profile.
Do you help with visas and relocation?
Yes. We can coordinate documents, timing, and organisational matters with specialist partners. The relevant government authority makes the visa decision.
Can hockey and education be combined?
Yes. We consider schools, colleges, universities, and sports programmes based on the player’s level, academic record, budget, and country.
Do you work directly with parents?
Yes. For players aged 15–19, parents often initiate the enquiry and make the decision. We therefore discuss stages, costs, limitations, and route changes transparently with the family.
