Alliance Sport Group — what working with us looks like

ASG’s core service is year-round career support for a hockey player. Individual services are added according to the real needs of the player and family.

Assessment first. Then the right format of support.

Scope, timing, responsibilities, and additional costs are discussed before the agreement is signed.

12 months — €5,000

An indicative 12-month programme with a player: from assessing the situation to support throughout the season.

What the programme covers

  • situation analysis and player assessment;
  • choosing a direction and identifying clubs;
  • communication throughout the transition;
  • contact and support during the season.

The exact scope of services, payment schedule, termination terms, and additional costs are set out in the agreement before work begins. Visas, flights, accommodation, tuition, club fees, and medical costs may be charged separately.

Discuss the player’s route

Clear boundaries between agency work and club decisions

We do not promise outcomes we cannot control. Before working together, the family should understand the boundaries of responsibility.

What we control

  • the quality of the initial assessment
  • selection of potential destinations
  • communication and organisational work
  • keeping the player and family informed
  • responding to problems and finding alternatives

What cannot be guaranteed

  • coaching staff decisions
  • guaranteed ice time
  • internal changes within a club
  • interest from a specific club
  • athletic form and force majeure
Next step

Let’s see whether there is a basis to start

In the first conversation, we will review the player’s current situation, goals, and materials — without promising an outcome that depends on a club.
