Members of our team have been through the hockey systems of North America, Europe, and the KHL themselves. That means discussions about expectations, roles, relocation, and adaptation are based on more than contacts with clubs.
We do not take someone on simply for a fee if the market cannot offer a suitable option at their current level. Sometimes the best advice an agent can give is to say directly that expectations need to change.
